Children sitting and attentively listening to the profound knowledge shared by Safeeyah Moosa, the founder of Spiritual Chords NPO who was educating teenagers and children at the Simunye Masjid in Westonaria about the beauty of Islam and how much love Islam has for its people in SA and around the globe but most importantly how special they are.
Moosa who has been for many years giving back, has been doing much more to help those in dire need from all walks of life. Giving back to her community is important including putting a smile on children and adults faces who are either hungry, or homeless due to loosing their jobs, or their partner left them hanging with the child(ren).
Sunday, 18 April 26 children were blessed with a loaf of bread, a bucket of goodies, snack and a warm blanket to keep them warm during the winters and chilly nights they face.
Walking out with joy and excitement, I was blessed to see small children as small as three or four years old walking out joyfully that they have been blessed with a gift of kindness and love.
Donors for the amazing gifts were from Spiritual Chords and Mini Miracles.
