One fatally wounded and two escape injury

A tragic shooting occurred on Hydrangea Avenue in Lenasia on Thursday evening, 9 January 2025, resulting in the death of a 35-year-old male. Two other individuals who were present at the scene narrowly escaped injury, with the bullets missing them by mere inches.

Lieutenant Colonel Mpho Tshetlhani, SAPS spokesperson, confirmed that a case of murder and attempted murder has been opened at the Lenasia Police Station, though no arrests have been made as investigations continue.
