The 2nd annual Gauteng Men of Valour awards was hosted by Panache Promotions and Events on 8th December 2019 at the Imperial Longroom, Wanderers, Sandton. Infinity Realty sponsored the awards and UMS sponsored the gifts. A cozy and warm award saw 22 men being awarded for their outstanding work within the community. Men from all walks of life had something special to say and also thanked many people including CEO Farzana Mayet. The prestigious men came from many talented fields such as journalism, medical, corporate, aircraft, sports and many more. The youngest member to receive an award was 17-year-old Nthando Makwela who wrote a book called “The Dynamic Kid – a book that is written to inspire young people. Amongst him were also phenomenal men such as Fakir Hassen, Ashraf Garda, Shahim Ismail, Azhar Vadi, and many more.
